    Hope, Manning Park and the Skagit Valley
    Walk beneath the giant Cascade Mountains or check out the old Othello Tunnels that were once part of the Kettle Valley Railway System. This park offers more than 70000 hectares of outdoor fun. Access: Accessible just outside Hope.

    Chilliwack River Kayak Route
    This route is used by the Canadian National Kayak Team for training. It has Class II+ to IV+ rapids and poses relative difficulty for the unexperienced. Huge boulder gardens makes this an interesting route.
