Hope Museum Hope's history as a fur trading post and gold-rush town is kept at the Hope Museum. Native artefacts and early logging equipment are exhibited along with a blacksmith shop, school, kitchen and parlour. Agassiz-Harrison Museum Open between 10 am and 4 pm, everyday from May to September, the museum is located in the oldest wooden railroad station still in existence in BC at Pioneer Park in Agassiz. Area history and changes in the last 100 years are featured. The flood of 1894 and incorpoation in 1895 is where it begins. Period clothing, artefacts and photos are on display. Chilliwack Museum Find out more about Chilliwack's agricultural heritage and history, beginning with exhibits about the Sto:lo people. The museum is located in the former City Hall, the town's only National Historic site. Hours for the museum are Monday to Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 3:30 pm. Maple Ridge Museum & Archives The museum is located on the Fraser River in the Port Haney neighbourhood. Learn about local history of First Nations, the life of early settlers, and our industrial heritage. Archives are accessible by appointment. One feature is a model railway diorama of Port Haney circa 1926.

Haney House Haney House was built by Thomas Haney for his family in the late 1800s. It sits in what used to be a town called Port Haney (now part of Maple Ridge), founded by the Haneys. The historic house and orchard gardens have been restored and are open on Wednesdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 4 pm. Hours are extended in the summer months.
