Using mostly organically-raised and grown meats and produce, the restaurant at the Fraser River Lodge is committed to the freshness and quality of their food. Set in a stunning setting along the Fraser River, diners are invited to take a stroll through the picturesque property. A variety of dining rooms are offered, including romantic private dining rooms for a couple or small group. Reservations are required in order to avoid disappointment, as thelodge is very popular for weddings, corporate meetings, fishing groups and special events. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 4pm to 10pm and Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 11pm. On the weekend reservations are required.
